As a Business Development Manager, your main job is to help us grow in Romania and other European countries. You will find new business chances and get new clients. You will build strong and long-lasting relationships with important people. You will help local businesses find the workers they need. Job Requirements:
To do well in this job, you need:
- Experience in business development, sales, or a similar area. It is better if you have worked in recruitment or staffing.
- Good knowledge of the Romanian business world and job market. You should know local trends, main companies, and what drives the economy.
- Ability to work on your own and find new business chances. You should be a self-starter who can solve problems and get results.
- Good communication, negotiation, and people skills to make clients trust you.
- A smart way of thinking to make and follow business plans.
- Knowing local laws about work in Romania is a big plus. It shows you want to do business the right way.
Job Roles and Responsibilities:
Your main tasks will be:
- Research the market well to find new clients and business areas in Romania that need recruitment. Learn about new industries and what workers they want.
- Build and keep strong relationships with local companies. Listen to what workers they need and offer the best recruitment plans for them.
- Make and follow plans to grow our work and market share in Romania.
- Work well with our UK office to keep all teams on the same page and communicate clearly.
- Make deals and sign contracts with new clients for a good partnership.
- Give regular updates and reports about market trends, competition, problems, and new chances in Romania. Use data to explain and give good advice.
