Business Development Executive for Croatia Market:

Job Description:
As a Business Development Manager, your main role is to connect with companies in Croatia that need help with hiring. This job is hands-on. You will study the local market, offer custom hiring solutions, and build new partnerships. You will also be the link between our UK office and the Croatian market. Clear communication and teamwork are very important.
Job Requirements:
To do well in this job, you need to have the right skills and experience. We are looking for someone who has:
- Experience in business development, sales, or a similar job. It’s better if you have worked in recruitment.
- Good knowledge of Croatia’s job market and local businesses.
- The ability to work on your own and find new chances for business.
- Great communication and people skills. You must be good at talking to clients and making deals.
- Knowledge of Croatian labour laws is a plus, but not required.
Job Roles and Responsibilities:
Your daily tasks will help our company grow. Your main duties include:
- Doing market research to find possible clients and industries that need help hiring in Croatia.
- Building strong, long-term relationships with local companies and understanding what they need.
- Creating and using new ideas to grow our business in Croatia and nearby countries.
- Working closely with our UK team to make sure everyone is on the same page.
- Making deals with new clients and creating good partnerships.
- Giving reports and updates on market trends, problems, and new chances in Croatia.
