Job Description:
As a Business Development Manager, your main job is to help our business grow in Bulgaria and nearby countries. You will look for new clients and build strong connections with them. You need to work on your own, study the market, and offer the right recruitment services. You will play a big role in helping our company grow in other countries.
Job Requirements:
To do well in this job, you need to know about business development and recruitment.
- You must have experience in business development or sales. If you have worked in recruitment before, that’s even better.
- You must understand the Bulgarian market, including what industries need, how the economy is doing, and what other companies are doing.
- You should be able to work alone and go after new business chances. We need someone who is active and likes to reach big goals.
- It’s not a must, but knowing Bulgarian labor laws will help a lot.

- Share useful reports and updates about the market in Bulgaria. This will help our leaders make good decisions.
