Job Description:
As the Business Development Manager, your main job is to help us grow in Belgium. You will look for new business chances and bring in new clients. You will build strong relationships with them and keep in touch. This job needs someone who can do good research, talk to clients, and plan business strategies. You will help connect our UK team with the Belgian market. Your work will help us become a top recruitment company in Europe.

- You should have worked in business development, sales, or a similar job. It’s even better if you worked in recruitment before. You should know how to get new clients and build relationships.
- You should know the Belgian job market and how it works. This means knowing about trends, key companies, and the economy.
- You must be able to work alone and take action. You should enjoy finding new business chances and going after them.
- You need to be good at talking to people, making deals, and building trust.
- If you know Belgian labor laws, that’s a big plus.
- It’s also helpful if you know about European recruitment and staffing trends.
Job Roles and Responsibilities:
