This job will help us find more clients, make good relationships, and find new business chances with local companies. We also want to look for new investment chances in Estonia.

As the Business Development Manager for Estonia, your main job is to find and grow new business chances. You will help our company grow. You will try to find new clients and build strong friendships with important people in many industries. You must know what local businesses need and how to help them with recruitment. You will help companies in Estonia solve their staffing problems. Your work will help us give good and complete staffing help to local businesses.

Job Requirements:
- We want an experienced and focused person for the Business Development Manager or Executive role.
- You will help us grow in Estonia and nearby countries.
- You must have strong experience in business development, sales, or a similar job.
- It is better if you have worked in recruitment or staffing before.
- You must know the Estonian business and job market well.
- You should be able to work alone and find good business chances.
- You must be good at talking and working with people.
- It is good if you know Estonian work laws, but it is not required.
Job Roles and Responsibilities:
- Do research to find possible clients and industries that need our help in Estonia.
- Build and keep strong relationships with local companies.
- Understand what staffing help they need and offer the right recruitment solutions.
- Make and use strong plans to grow our business in Estonia.
- Talk and work with our UK office to keep everything working well.
- Make deals and contracts with new clients to get more business.
- Give regular reports about the market, new problems, and good opportunities in Estonia.
- Help the company make good decisions with your reports.
